Just recently, every time I initiate a phone call, I received this message: “The time available for this call is unlimited” Is there any way to get rid of this?

I have a prepaid account which has been active for a year or more.  Just recently, every time I initiate a phone call, I received this message:

“The time available for this call is unlimited”

This results and a delay every time I try to make a call.

Is there any way to get rid of this?
