I have a Motorola E4 prepaid phone. I've been getting the unlimited everything plan, including unlimited data and use my hotspot with it regularly. When I try to connect now, it keeps saying "order could not be processed." I know I've fixed it by doing something on my phone before but can't remember what. None of the troubleshooting I've done has helped including shutting off my phone and turning it back on. What do I do?
