Need help with my balance

dang it... I just added 15$ and my balance is 1$ ***..... I need my phone for tomorrow....  I tried to call 611 and lady recording said : I am soryy your having trouble goodby .... then i call  back I press 4 for billing and oquestions then i press 5 to speak with cutomer service and  the lady recording says i see you have called befofe plese go to my verizon .com good by....
