No Customer Service

I discontinued my service with Verizon in July of 2014 but I'm still getting mailings from them letting me no I'm no longer a customer. How do I get my info out of there system so I can stop getting non-existing bills from a company I'm no longer with and why isn't there a direct Customer Service Contact?

Have no fear, Verizon is here! We can help with the mailing missisabell! May I ask what's the reason for canceling service with us? Also, were there any additional communication on the mailing beyond advising of your customer status? If you can send us a private message then we can take a look for you.
