No customer service over phone

Every time I call customer service the automated system hangs up on me.  I had hours long problems with a sim card today and couldn't get through to anyone in technical support.

Its now hours later and the system is still hanging up on me.  What is the problem??

Now I have a problem with my mobile hotspot.  My computer connects to it but can't use it to do anything.
