I still have $35 left in my prepaid account, yet my account information says that payment is due this coming June.  If I still have money in my account, why is a payment required?

If the replenishment amount is...Then the minutes expire in...
$15 - $29.9930 days
$30 - $74.9990 days
$75 - $99.99180 days
$100+365 days

When the replenishment is applied to a Prepaid account, the expiration date is the longer of either the new date granted by the refill amount or the current expiration date.

 Example:

If...Then...
a customer replenishes with $100 and then replenishes with an additional $30 the next daythe balance will still expire in 364 days.

I would like to add that the $35.00 in your account will be carried over as long as you refill your card on time.
