I used to have a prepaid plan, but then I switched to a contract. Now I want to switch back to a prepaid plan, but when I call *611, it says that I am no longer a verzion customer and my number is invalid. What do I do?!
If you cancelled the contract then the phone number was cancelled. If the cell is still active call 1-888-294-6804 they may have to reprogram the phone back to prepaid. If the cell number is still active on the contract you will beable to keep the same number. Also they may charge you between 25.00 and 35.00 for a reactiveation fee for the prepaid cell. Either way call call customer service and they should be able to help you.
yeah, I don't think it's still active because when i call the 1-888-294-6804, it says that this number is invalid, and I don't even get to talk to any customer service or anything. So how do I reactivate the phone then?
You will have to call customer service 1-888-294-6804 they will reactive it and give you a new number. You will need a verizon prepaid card or charge card in order to activate the phone. The prepaid cards are available in most supermarkets or Drug Stores.
