Verizon pre-paid is down! I spent two hours at Verizon they can’t even access my account.  Apparently it’s a national issue but Verizon couldn’t even tell me that. Others have been without a phone for days. Little ridiculous

I'm in Sacramento, California...the Pre-paid outage has hit here too.  I can't access my account or contact anyone. Maybe time to change carriers?

Same thing is happening to my husband. He has a Samsung and his line isn’t working, I have an iPhone and I have signal and we’re both on the same prepaid plan. We talked to a customer representative earlier after an hour on hold and she mentioned it’s estimated to be fixed within 12 hours. We’re in Bakersfield, CA.
