How Can I find my Prepaid Usage/Balance information online?  Signing into my verizon account only brings up my home phone information.  What am I doing wrong?

Try using www.verizonwireless.com then a page should come up an you have to register if you haven't already done that. Then a page will come up and you put in your user ID (use your 10 digit cell #) then the password  that you picked and that should bring up the page to show your balance and other information about your account.  Also you can check your balance on the cell by using the #225 plus send there is a charge for that.  Hope that works for you.
