Hi,
I suspended my phone service for 3.5 months and now I cannot reconnect it.
It will not let me set up my funds.
Thanks
We can relate to how important it is that your phone be activated and ready to use. Thanks for reaching out to us, larisak.
Is this a prepaid or post paid account? If this is a prepaid account, you will want to reach out to our prepaid professionals at 888-294-6804, as special access is needed to view these accounts.
Otherwise, what happens when you try to place a call to #832?
What message do you hear?

It is a prepaid line. I tried calling the number but an automated message
appeared. Everytime I visit Verizon wireless it says that chat is offline
and I can't dial the number from my handset because my handset is not
working.
It is very frustrating not being able to contact anyone to help me with my
problem.
I think the issue may be that I suspended my phone line for more than 90
days and maybe that is why I cannot reconnect it?
