Reactivating after missed payment

I missed a payment due Sep 1st, 2021 (today). I did the payment right away when I saw all my 3 accounts were inactive (prepaid). However, they still show inactive even after adding money to my account. The chatbots are not able to help and I can't get passed them to talk to a human associate. The web search ends up in reactivation after suspension which is not my case. Did somebody have the same problem before?
