So I switched to a pre-paid plan about 5 months ago to save some money. Well, I think I'm finally ready to get myself a Smartphone, and want to take advantage of getting onto my boyfriend's plan for a good deal right now. My question is, if my next monthly payment on the pre-paid plan comes out and then let's say, the next day I get my new phone, do I get any credit for the month of pre-paid or am I just wasting my money? Conversely, I do not want to wait another month to get a new phone. Anyone run into this before? I'd ask pre-paid customer service but I'm not sure any actual people work there....I can NEVER get anyone on the phone, and if you try to hit "0" for a rep it just hangs up on you.
Thanks!!
