Trying to end my prepaid planfor my ENV3..

I just want to end my plan as prepaid, so I can add my device to another plan. A while back when I disabled to autopay I remember seeing the option, tried to use it, and I was toldthe server was down or something to that effect so it couldn't go through. Anyone got a sec to tell me where i've gotta look?

Are you trying to switch to a contract plan?  You can contact customer service at 1-888-294-6804 in  order to switch to a contract from prepaid you would have to have been on the prepaid plan for at least 6 months.
