I was notified some time ago that the voicemail on my prepaid phone would change as of August 18.
I knew my voicemails would be deleted and figured I'd have plenty of time to figure out a way to record them.
I forgot all about the change until I received a text notification at 3:00 today reminding me of the change.
Long story short, I missed the deadline. but on the Verizon site there are instruction on how to access my stored voice messages.
To listen to them, I had to dial a number, wait for the prompt, then enter my mobile number, then my password to hear my stored messages.
I downloaded Audacity, so that I could record the stored messages.
I cannot access the messages on either of the two numbers that Verizon says to use.
Is there still a way I can access these?

Thank you for the information. I know the importance of your voicemail. I'll be happy to help and point you in the right direction. Unfortunately, we don't have access to Prepaid accounts here in Social Media. Please contact our Prepaid Customer Service at 1-888-294-6804 or dial *611 from your mobile phone. They are open from Mon - Sun, 6 AM - 11 PM local time. I am confident that they can get this resolved.
