ON FEBRUARY 5, 2015, MY ACCOUNT STATUS CHANGED. WILL I RECEIVE A REFUND OF $105.92 OF THE UNUSED MONEY IN THE ACCOUNT?

THE ACCOUNT LATER EXPIRED AND WAS REOPENED W/ $105.92 IN THE ACCOUNT: HOW WILL I RECEIVE CREDIT?

I can understand your concerns in wanting to check on this balance.  It does sound like you're referring to a Prepaid account.  In this case we'd need you to reach out to our Prepaid department at 888-294-6804.  Please let us know and share some additional details if it is in fact a post paid account. Verizon doesn't normally give refunds for monies you deposit into a pre-paid accounts.
