Why do I divide data usage by 20 to get a correct number of megabytes used?

The prepaid web site showing data usage did not add up to the summary amounts.  I called customer service and discovered I had to divide by 20 to make the data used match what they show.  Anyone else seen this?

That doesn't make any sense.

Log on your Myverizon and there you'll see your data usage. That's it
