why cant I buy a prepaid phone online and have it shipped to a official Verizon store but you cant a post paid phone I only ask because Verizon wont except my address nor will theyallow me to ship to another address

It say my address is not valid if I put in someone else's address it doesn't match the address on my card funny thing is I have been getting deliveries at this address for 14 yrs
