i have been a loyal verizon prepaid plan customer for many years. since you changed to the new plan the current balance no longer shows on my phone. i received a text from you saying i could get my current balance by dialing #255. when i try to call that i get "your call cannot be completed as dialed etc". are you aware that this is happening? and can you restore it so it appears on my phone once again? i have a samsung intensity 2 phone not listed
That was a great phone. It is part of technology we are replacing, as we are launching 5G. The best way to check your balance is on your My Verizon account, or by signing into vzw.com .
