I was wondering if I buy a Verizon prepaid phone can I still use it on the normal mainstream Verizon network?
I want to ensure you can use your device on our network. I would like to help.
If you’re looking to activate a 3G prepaid device on a post paid account, the 3G prepaid device must be active on a prepaid service for at least 6 months prior to being activated on post paid account. However, if you’re looking to activate a 4G prepaid smartphone on a post paid plan, the device must first be activated on a prepaid account and plan and pay for the first month’s service. The device must also be e911-compliant. Does this provide clarity?
