why only dialed calls show up under usage with prepad?

Hi Joel3563, that's strange, both incoming and outgoing calls should show under your usage on My Verizon. When logging in, are you clicking View Usage? Are you sure you had incoming calls during the times you're reviewing?

I went in an checked my calls and they also only show dialed calls. I think incoming calls only show for verizon to  verizon calls. I'm not really sure about the last part.But I checked all my inbound and out bound log and only my outbound show a number.

thanks,i called and asked why ,was told id have to call a diff number and have a copy mailed. CRAZZZY
