transfer balance?

Is it possible to transfer a $50 balance from one verizon prepaid phone to another?  I don't use my phone anymore, my partner has the same phone and I'd like to give him the minutes.

you can only transfer from your account to your account not to another persons account. I would say just give him your phone to use til the balance is deleted. Then he can give you back he phone.
