when i try to access my voicemail i get we're sorry your service does not allow you to complete this call message ms0 why? samsung galaxy j3 prepaid.

Did you recently get this phone number?  Did you setup the voicemail when you first got this number?  Are you trying to access the voicemail through the dialer application or the Visual Voicemail app?
