Is there a report or online activity statement that shows how my child is using their data (i.e. - you tube, browser...) I am subscribed to Family Base and I've poked around online but cannot seem to locate this information.

Safe habits when online is always a good way to go, so let's check that out. FamilyBase can limit usage amounts, but it won't show web history. For that, you'd need to check the phone itself for specific usage. While it is separate from FamilyBase, check out this link for information on Mobicip: http://vz.to/2EzXXzS . It replaces the web browser on the device with one that is more aligned with what you're looking for. There's even a premium version that provides browsing history reports and app monitoring, so definitely check it out.
