The childs phone doesn't have the companion app installed. There are a couple calls they made that are only seconds long. Does that mean they were answered or could they have possibly been unanswered by whoever my child was calling?
I found this on the FamilyBase FAQ:
Device with FamilyBase Companion app: FamilyBase reports attempted calls (i.e., unanswered, blocked or ignored) for devices that have the FamilyBase Companion app installed.
Device without FamilyBase Companion app: FamilyBase will only show call activity for calls that have actually been answered or received.
From what i understand even though the calls were short they were answered.
Am I understanding this correctly
