Download Family Base Companion App

I switched a device on my account from the Galaxy Core Prime to the LG G3. The GCP had the Family Base Companion App installed. I cannot seem to use the website nor can I use the FB Parent App to send the companion app to the G3. I even switched the SIM back the GCP and tried uninstalling the app to no avail. How do I get this app back?

I found out that the Companion App is not arable for devices with Marshmallow.
