Family Locator is no longer providing GPS locations. Location is turned on all phones, which are LG G3s. It was working fine until a month ago or so. What could the issue be?

Family Locator is no longer providing GPS locations.   Location is turned on all phones, which are LG G3s.  It was working fine until a month ago or so.  What could the issue be?

Family locator is a great feature. I use this on my account as well. Was there any new software updates on the phone recently? Have you attempted to delete everything on the application and then redownload the application?
