Family base

Just bought a new phone for our daughter at Christmas. All the other phones are listed in the family-based section of the app to help control data usage messaging texting time restrictions Etc and the new phone is still not showing up. Has anyone else encountered this problem and how do I get the new phone added to the family base controls? Thanks! 🙂
