I just activated Family Locator this afternoon. All phones have been activated and show up in the dashboard. However, I am the account holder and it wont even locate my phone says its Unavailable. My daughters phone says can't be located at this time try back in 5 minutes. It has been saying that for 3 hours. All phones say UNAVAILABLE. I am starting to get frustrated, its expensive and it should work. All GPS locators are turned on. PLEASE HELP
