Harassing Phone Calls

Hello,

My daughter has been harassed by a Czech Republic cell phone during the past hour (5 text messages and 5 missed calls). I called 611 to try to get them to block the number, but unfortunately the representative was less than helpful and unable to provide me with an option to block the number from contacting my daughter.

I researched online and found "FamilyBase" and asked the CR person if they would waive the fees to put this on my account, as my daughter was being harassed and said that there was nothing that he could do.

Any chance someone on this forum can help me? I find it ridiculous that there is no way of stopping someone from harassing my daughter if they live out of the USA, besides for paying.
