How to remove family base from my account

I want to remove family base from my account but can’t figure out how

How do I unsubscribe from FamilyBase?

You can unsubscribe from FamilyBase online or with the FamilyBase app.

• Online:
  
  • Sign in to My Verizon.
  • Click the Profile tab.
  • Click Remove FamilyBase.
• FamilyBase app:
  
  • Tap Settings from the Main Menu.
  • Tap Remove FamilyBase. (Note: This will redirect you to the My Verizon app.)
• My Verizon app:
  
  • Open the My Verizon app on your device.
  • Open the menu on the top left.
  • Tap Account.
  • Tap Add-Ons.
  • Select a line for the Parent line.
  • On the Your Add-ons tab, find FamilyBase and tap View.
  • Tap Remove.
  • Review the information and tap Remove again.
