I unblocked Instagram from the Smart Family so that my daughter could start using Instagram.
However, she still could not use the 'effects' feature of Instagram, which is the edit feature for the pics.
Any suggestion much appreciated.

It is important that your daughter is able to use the effects on Instagram. Is she only having trouble when Smart Family is enabled?
