When I lock the phone, the lock screen appears like you would expect. However, it doesn't block anything. All my daughter has to do is press the home button on the screen and she's returned to the home page. It's like the block didn't even exist. Does FamilyBase Companion not offer an option to completely lock out all parts of the screen, even to the point that she can't even input an unlock code?
Lets make sure we are on the same page regarding this. Was this an application you downloaded or are you referrign to Verizon Familybase services?
