I just did a system update on my child's phone and now there is not showing any activity for the past two days.   Is there an issue?

Berpry34, having controls for my children as well,I understand needing them to work. We definitely want to get the activity showing again. I will need to get some additional information from you to help get the application working again. Please tell me what application you are using. Also, what is the device make/model your child's device? Where are you attempting to review this information regarding the device?
