Phone activity not showing in Family Base

How do I get the activity of my sons phone to show up on Family Base? All other lines are showing normally.

Do any of the lines have an iPhone activated on them. The information from the iPhone might be different from other phones.

Yes, but that phone is showing some information. It's an LG G5 that is

showing nothing at all.

Is the LG G5 running the Marshmallow update? I have read the Family Base application isn't very compatible with Android 6.0+ (Marshmallow).
