It's important you have access to manage your account and update features at all times, cpena. You can add and remove features from your account through your My Verizon acccount login. Family Base can only be removed through your My Verizon account. You can find the steps to remove this here, http://spr.ly/6581DJu9U. Please see the General Information section number 2. Is there a certain reason you want to remove Family Base?
