I put the smart family app on my phone to blaock my daughter during school hours. I didnt like the app so I cancelled it. After is was cancelled it transfered to my phone. So now I cant text or call out during the day. Verizon support doesnt show anything wrong, I ened up doing a factory reset and it still doesnt work. Any other ideas?
