My son has an iPhone 6.

He gets this message when prompted to install a "required" VPN Profile in the Family Child app on his phone. The app on his phone won't move past this. I have tried to turn off Wifi, uninstalled and re-installed the app, and nothing.

Things seem to be working fine on the Family app on the parent's phone, but my son cannot use the 'damily child' app on his phone due to this issue.
