Time restrictions

I recently set time restrictions on my daughters phone for nighttime. For some reason it's not allowing her to use her phone during the day so I want to turn them off but I cannot figure out how to turn the restrictions off.

I understand the importance of having your daughter be able to use her phone at the correct times tljudy. Has time restrictions always disabled your daughter from being able to use her phone during the day or is this something that just started?
