mobichip replaces the default browser, can a child simply install another browser and bypass mobichip?

Mobicip? Doesn't get very good reviews...
While it may restrict which websites someone can go to, I doesn't seem to lock down side-loading another browser. Whether then the side-loaded browser would work, IDK.
