I purchased a phone for my son and enrolled in family base. I've logged into the website and set up times that my son will be restricted to use the phone. They don't work. I can send texts, make phonecalls etc. during restricted times. I read the FAQs, which do so that modifications to the restrictions should be made with the phone powered off. I did this and also cycled power on the phone several times. Anyone know what the problem is? I'm paying a monthly fee for this and I'm upset that it doesn't work.
Please don't send me alternative solutions for monitoring my child. This program, if it works as advertised is the best solution for me.
