I cannot remove or edit a time limit on the family safeguards. It tells me there is a data validation error. Any ideas?

It is important that you are able to configure your Family Safeguards and Controls exactly the way you want them to, TM1214. Are you logging into your My Verizon Page on a desktop, or are you using the FamilyBase app? Have you tried using a different browser? Was the time limit previously in effect, or are you trying to add a new time limit?
