I just activated new phone lines for my daughters, one of the lines is showing activity in smart family no problem, the other line will not show any activity at all. I reinstalled and re-paired the device , but it still wont show calls or texts made, both phones are galaxy s9's
Congratulations on the purchase of your new devices. We definitely want to make sure that your devices are working the way that they should at all times. It is concerning to learn that one of your new S9's is having some trouble with Smart Family, but we will work on getting that data showing for you now. What happens when you pair the device with the app? Does it show that it connects successfully at any time? Are you having any other unusual issues with this particular device since activating?
