So a few days ago I was going through my apps and cleaning out my phone. I somehow uninstalled something that was the thing that was allowing my VPN to connect and now my VPN is not connecting. The problem is I can't figure out what app I uninstalled to reinstall it. Does anyone have any suggestions on how to find system files to redownload without having to do a factory reset? Thank you!

Good morning, thezoohouse2. We want you to be able to use that VPN. It is critical to know which specific application you deleted in order to resolve the issue.
Alternately, you can do a factory reset https://www.verizon.com/support/knowledge-base-236109/ and that should resolve the issue.
