I just purchased yesterday. Not able to get on google. I have 6GB available. took cell back to the Verizon store today- they fixed it... ( Or so they thought) Couple hours later... Not working again. I hope I don't have to return.

Have you verified that you have an active 3G, 4G or wifi connection on the phone?

Hello morton,
I am sorry to hear that you are experiencing issue with your new device. Do you show an internet connection on the device when trying to connect (3G or 4G)? Is the wi-fi turned on and trying to connect to a network? If so turn off wi-fi, or connect to that network and make sure to enter any passwords if neccessary. If you are not getting a signal, please power off the phone and remove the sim for 30-45 seconds and then insert again. Please keep us updated on phone status.
