I have a trade in under the any smartphone for 800, but the factory reset will not take. Tier 2 had told me trade in as my only option. Will it be reset there and will it cause any issues?

Teeternm08, thanks for the reply. We do want to make sure that you can reset the device. If you are not able to reset the device all devices are also factory reset when they return to the warehouse.
