Aside from the phone being advertised as a 5G phone, I was told specifically that it accepts both of the 5G networks.
Well upon upgrading my plan to a 5G plan today, it looks like I was lied to and after combing through dozens of threads on this subject its become painfully obvious that customer service either can't or won't do anything to help and the company is perfectly comfortable lying to their customers, some of which like myself, have been with the company for 20 years or more!
This just adds to the incredible list of abuses suffered by Verizon.

We definitely don't want you to feel that way, Owenpowell! I'm more than happy to take a closer look into this for you, and make sure you have the correct information about your phone. Along with this reply, I will send you a Private Note. Thank you!
