I shipped my trade in device back to Fort Worth and it has arrived as of today. However, it just hit me that I did not remember that my Galaxy S8+ had an SD Card installed and I'm afraid it contains photos and videos that I don't have backed up anywhere!! I am desperately trying to reach someone that receives the devices and see if they could just pull the SD card and I will pay for the shipping to get it returned to me. Is there a way to contact someone at that facility?
We're sorry to hear your SD card was still in the phone Pt365. We understand wanting to retrieve these pictures and videos. Sadly, once the phone has been shipped to the warehouse, there would be no way to retrieve the SD card.
