My wife and I reluctantly came back to Verizon and have s21 ultra's. Our service is horrible and rarely get 5g. People around me will have 5 bars of 5g and I will have 1 or2 bars of 4g. Dropped calles all the time and Verizon cannot figure it out. I've called dozens of times and spent countless hours and still nothing. If Verizon cannot figure this out soon we will be paying our phones off early and switching providers..
