This has been going on for about 2mo.
Notifications enabled.
Have to manually go to voicemail app to see if any new voicemail. After going in to check, and retrieving one, call log shows that voicemail is available. Sometimes other calls will begin to show voicemail avail, but not always.
I need to know steps to fix this issue - even if it comes to taking in for diagnostics.

I was able to fix this on a Samsung Note 20+ by enabling notifications for the My Verizon App. I had previously disabled and that was preventing my voicemail notifications.
