1. Voicemail used to work, stopped receiving voicemails some time ago.
2. Called Verizon support, they reset my v-mail, I confirmed I can access my voicemail box.
3. Confirmed that a custom greeting in my voice was enabled.
4. Left a voice mail for myself -- got the default greeting, not mine.
5. Voice mail does not show up in Visual Voicemail; Called into v-mail and inbox is empty.
